In collaboration with Blafre and a physiotherapist, we developed an ergonomic backpack for children in 1st - 4th grade. Engineered to prioritize comfort, style, and practicality in everyday use. With a gender-neutral aesthetic, children can choose their first backpack simply based on their personal preference. Most school backpacks in the market today label kids into certain categories. Either you play football or you are a princess. A look you quickly will outgrow. The Blafre look is clean, with bright colors and refined details. It is built to last, both in construction and style.
Through extensive testing and analysis, we identified a range of features that will enhance the capabilities of a school backpack. The padded and reinforced back plate, along with the hip belt and top tensioners, ensure an evenly distributed weight for the wearer's comfort.
Many kids have more than one home. The versatile multinet provides extra space on demand, easing the logistics for those with custodial homes. It will accommodate gym essentials, a jacket, helmet or even a basketball. The compression-molded foam offers a lightweight and clean back padding, complete with ventilation grooves and lumbar side wings for optimum ergonomic support. Its roll-top design augments internal capacity while providing an easy, waterproof solution for the main compartment.
